As you may know if you are a long time customer of ours, we’ve been in partnership with the United States Postal Service since our brand launch. They’ve been an incredible partner of ours, delivering packages with near perfect transit times and correctness – all at the best cost possible. We offer free shipping on all orders, of any size, which is why this is so important to us.
We experienced a bit of time delays due to COVID-19, and now the USPS is facing some struggles that we perceive as both financial and political. We’re sticking with the USPS as best we can, as loyal partners and big believers in what they do. We want to let you know, though, that we are seeing delays in our transit times in some regions. You’ve got one of two options if this is problematic to you:
- You can check out per normal, using our free shipping method, knowing there could be mild delays in your delivery.
- Or, you can choose our FedEx express two-day shipping option, which we offer at a discount to you.
